2008 has been a great year as Balhoff Orthodontics has continued to grow! We appreciate all of you who have been a part of and contributed to our success. We continually strive to provide the best service possible for our patients and their families. Over this time period we have noticed, unfortunately, an increase in the number of patient accounts that have not been paid in a timely fashion. Due to this development, our practice has deemed it necessary to adjust our due-date for all monthly payments.

As of January 2009, all monthly charges and Current Due balances must be paid and received by our Lafayette Office by the 15th of each month.

This due-date change affects all patient accounts. A Late Fee will continue to be assessed to each patient account with a Past-Due balance for each month that such a balance exists. The Late Fee of $25.00 has not changed.

We apologize to those of our patients that have monthly automatic drafts already set-up with their personal banks. Please let us know if our office can be of assistance and help make arrangements for the date change with your personal bank. If you should have any questions regarding this change, please contact our office and speak with Laurel Latimer, our Patient Accounts/Treatment coordinator, at your nearest convenience.
