Welcome, Blair Dugas!
We would like to officially welcome Blair Dugas, the newest member of our team! Blair is a native of Lafayette, and a graduate of St. Thomas More high school and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Blair has a marketing degree with several years experience in the dental field at offices in Lafayette. We are very excited to have Blair onboard because of what she has to offer our practice! She will be helping us provide excellent treatment for our patients by serving as a clinical assistant and keeping in touch with all of our patients’ dentists by serving as our Professional Relations Coordinator. Blair can’t wait to meet you all, so say “hi” to her the next time you’re in the office!

Office Vacation
We at Balhoff Orthodontics hope that you have had an enjoyable summer so far! We would also like to advise you that our office staff will be taking our summer vacation, and we will be CLOSED from Monday, July 12, through Friday, July 16. We will be back in the office treating patients on Monday, July 19.
If you have any issues that need to be addressed by our staff before our week away, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help. If you have any issues that arise while we are away, please visit other sections of this website for helpful information about our office, orthodontic treatment in general, or emergency information until we are back in the office.
We apologize for any inconveniences that our office vacation may cause, but we greatly appreciate your understanding. Rest assured that we will be ready to help address any of your needs upon our return!

Hurricane Season Announcement
During Hurricane Season, if severe weather, a tropical storm, or a hurricane is affecting travel or business operations in the Acadiana area around the day of your appointment, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE OR CHECK THIS WEBSITE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT to determine if our office is open for business. We will also attempt to send an e-mail to you notifying you of any office closures. Any office closures will be based on the latest weather information and conditions. If it is necessary to close our office for the safety of our staff and patients, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment in a timely fashion.
